Our outsourced packages start at £800 per month plus VAT, giving you access to bookkeepers, management accountants and finance director expertise for a fraction of the cost of one hire.
Is your team really 100% UK-based?
Yes. Our entire team is based in Surrey, near our Reigate office. You’ll work with qualified Chartered Management Accountants and experienced finance professionals who understand UK tax law, compliance requirements and business culture. We’re not a call centre, you’ll build genuine relationships with the people managing your finances.
Will I have a dedicated point of contact?
Yes. You’ll be assigned a dedicated finance team who will get to know your business inside out. While different team members may handle specific tasks (bookkeeping, payroll, management accounts), you’ll have a consistent contact who oversees your entire finance function and is always available to answer questions.
How quickly can you start supporting my business?
We can typically get your outsourced finance department up and running within 4–6 weeks, depending on the complexity of your business and how quickly we can access your systems. Our structured onboarding process (Discovery, Design, Implementation, Go Live) ensures a smooth transition with minimal disruption.
I already have an existing finance team. Is this a problem?
Not at all. We can work alongside your existing team, filling gaps in expertise or capacity, or we can take over specific functions like payroll or management reporting. Many of our clients have a mix of in-house and outsourced support, and we integrate seamlessly.
Do you actually send someone to my offices to work on my accounts?
We work remotely using cloud-based accounting software (we’re Gold Xero Partners and Dext Partners), but we’re always available for in-person meetings at our Reigate office or your location when needed. For virtual FD services, we will provide board-level support to your business.
How much does an outsourced finance team cost for a small or medium-sized business?
Our packages start at £800 per month plus VAT for our Essentials package (suitable for smaller SMEs with up to 100 transaction credits and 5 employees).
